The outstanding features and added amenities of the Winston-Salem Entertainment-Sports Complex, along with our highly trained professional staff, will assure your event is a total success.

A Facilities Magazine Prime Site Award Winner every year since 1994, our Complex is among the best in the nation and it is also one of the most affordable in the Southeast. Our unique open house labor policy can significantly lower your cost of event staffing and we offer an experienced stage manager free of charge. We offer expert staff assistance with an in-house tech crew available for lighting, rigging, sound, and all set-up requirements.

We have also designed our arenas with careful consideration to both the performer and their entourage; as well as audience comfort. Along with our state-of-the-art technology and floor plan flexibility, we have added many special facility features:

Tickets

Our ticketing capabilities are on the leading edge of today's computer technology with a full service box office offering TicketMaster computerized ticket systems nationwide, 72 statewide ticket outlets, 125 Georgia / 13 South Carolina / 53 Virginia outlets, charge cards, mail order, phone order through TicketMaster (service charges apply), group sales and day-to-day sales updates.

Facilities

The flexible design of the facilities offer a variety of seating and stage options easily accommodating both small and large performances.

Two ample loading docks, a 16' x 16' elephant door for direct access to stage/arena floor and 10,000 square feet of open back-stage space facilitate quick and easy load-ins for the Arena. The Annex also offers a 14' x 16' to a 14' x 13.4' elephant door for direct access to stage/arena floor.

Promotion

Our professional staff services include an in-house promotions department with total media campaign capability, advertising placement, target market planning, group sales, and sponsorship coordination.

Food & Beverage

We are extremely proud of our catering capabilities. The Coliseum food services provide a wide range of choices and our professional staff will be ready to serve most any needs including the following services:

• Beverages
• Bar Service and House Set-Up

We also provide food and beverage for box suites, local and national press and the performing artists and their entourage.

All North Carolina beverage permits are held by the Winston-Salem Entertainment-Sports Complex.
