Please plan to arrive early & enter the stadium ahead of the scheduled start time. Be prepared for enhanced security measures. All persons subject to search upon entry. No re-entry. Be advised – the Clear Bag Policy is in effect.

Important information regarding the purchase of tickets:

This is a rain or shine event, no refunds. There is no roof or cover over any seating. Please have your tickets in hand when coming to the show. Call 336-758-3322 for tickets questions. Guests ages 2 and up are required to have a ticket for entry. There is an overall 8 ticket limit for this event.

Ticket On-Sale: Tickets are on sale now. Tickets can be purchased at Ticketmaster.com, Bridger Field House Box Office or the Greensboro Coliseum Box Office.

Bridger Field House Box Office & Greensboro Coliseum Box Office: Tickets can be purchased in person at each of these locations during normal business hours. For questions regarding tickets, call 336-758-3322.

Box Office Day of Show Hours: The box office windows will open the day of the show at 10:00 a.m. at the McCreary Tower Box Office by Gate 1 and the Couch Ballpark Box Office by Gate 5. Please note the Bridger Field House Box Office will not be in use the day of the event.

We recommend viewing your Mobile Entry tickets prior to arriving to your event and saving in your Apple Wallet or downloading in the Ticketmaster App. The Ticketmaster App (and Apple Wallet) will save your tickets and allow you to view them at the event, even if you lose internet access. Accessible (ADA) Seating:

Accessible seats are offered in all price categories. These are subject to availability and sold on a first-come, first served basis. Accessible seats can be purchased online at Ticketmaster.com or by calling the Bridger Field House Box Office at 336-758-3322. Day of show ADA seating is subject to availability. Advance purchase is highly encouraged and recommended.

Transport wheelchairs are available at gates on a first-come, first serve basis. They are provided as transportation to guests with disabilities or limited mobility only and may not be kept during the show.

Address:

The address for BB&T Field is 499 Deacon Blvd., Winston-Salem, NC, 27105. However, it is highly encouraged and recommended that fans follow all parking and traffic signs in order to find the closest parking. Click here for the Billy Joel Public Parking Map.

Aisle Traffic/Section Entry

Guests are asked to secure and hold onto their ticket for the duration of the event. Guests may be asked to make their tickets available to event staff throughout the event to assist in seat verification and entry into each aisle or section. During the duration the event, guests are asked to not stand in any aisle way and will be asked to move by event staff, WFUPD and WSPD. Please see the Billy Joel Stadium Map.

Alcohol:

Alcoholic beverages will be sold throughout the stadium. Please have IDs ready and available for each purchase.

ATMs:

ATMs are located on the concourse at sections 5 and 15. All concessions and merchandise locations will accept debit and credit cards.

Clear Bag Policy:

Wake Forest University has instituted a clear bag policy for all events at BB&T Field. Similar to policies already in effect at many professional and college stadiums and arenas throughout the country, the policy will help enhance existing security measures and ensure a safe environment for all guests. The policy will also make for quicker entry into venues.

Fans are permitted to enter with a clear bag that does not exceed 12″ in height by 6″ in depth by 12″ in width. A one gallon clear plastic bag, such as a Ziploc bag or anything similar, is acceptable.

Fans are allowed to carry in a small clutch bag, approximately the size of a hand or 6.5″ by 4.5″, with or without a handle or strap. Fans are still permitted to carry in items such as phones, wallets and approved cameras.

An exception will be made for medically necessary items for proper inspection. All bags are subject to search.

Guests are asked to return prohibited bags to their vehicles. Items should not be left outside of the venues.

Deacon Hill Tickets:

Deacon Hill is located on the south end of the stadium (opposite the stage & under the scoreboard). Deacon Hill tickets are general admission seating. Blankets are allowed on Deacon Hill. Chairs and umbrellas are not allowed on Deacon Hill or inside the stadium for this event. Please see the Billy Joel Stadium Map.

Directions:

Due to damage from Tropical Storm Michael earlier in the week, please do not use Robinhood Road to travel to the concert.

If traveling via Silas Creek Parkway in either direction, use the Reynolda Road and North Point Blvd exits.

Both exits will lead to University Parkway. Due to other roadway power outages in the surrounding area, please allow additional travel time to the event.

Event Staff:

Our event staff is here to address any concerns all guests may have, assist in any issues that may arise and to provide an extraordinary experience. Please see the nearest event staff member with any questions or concerns you have before, during or after the event and our staff will assist in any way we can. In the event of an emergency, please listen to all directions from event staff.

Field Level Tickets:

Guests with field level tickets will access the field using the stairwells from the concourse and stairs from Deacon Hill. Guests are strongly encouraged to use the main set of stairs on the south side of the stadium (below the scoreboard by Gate 5) behind Deacon Hill to access the floor.

Additionally, stairs are available on the west side of the stadium at portals 3/4, 4/5, 5/6, & 6/7. On the east side of the stadium, portals 15/16, 16/17 and 17/18 will have field access. Please see the Billy Joel Stadium Map.

Guests will be required to show their field level ticket to re-enter the field seating area.  Tickets are non-transferable. Transferring tickets is grounds for ejection without refund.

Concessions, merchandise and restrooms will be available on field level.

First Aid Stations:

The safety of our guests is our top priority. Should you or a guest need medical treatment, please find any event staff member to assist. First aid stations are located around BB&T Field on the concourse at sections 1, 10 & 20. Additional medical personnel will be located around the stadium and on field level for patrons with floor level seating. Please see any of the event staff if you need any type of medical assistance.

Guest Information Booths:

Guest information booths are located on the concourse at sections 5 and 15, as well as on the concourse behind Deacon Hill (below the scoreboard). Please visit the guest information booths if you have any questions or concerns and our staff will happily assist you.

Merchandise:

Merchandise will be available throughout the stadium.

Mobile Tickets:

Parking:

PLEASE NOTE: Public parking is available the day of the event on a first-come, first-served basis. Public parking is $20, cash only.

There is additional parking at the Winston-Salem First Shuttle Lot (Corner of University Parkway and Long Road) for $10 per spot which includes a shuttle. The shuttle will pick up at the corner of Polo Road and Long Road and drop off at BB&T Field outside of Gate 4. After the event, the shuttle will pick up outside of Gate 4 to return guests back to their vehicles. The shuttle will run from 3:00 p.m. until 12:30 a.m. (Sunday). Parking and traffic updates will be posted on the LJVM Coliseum Twitter account, @LJVMColiseum. Click here for directions to the shuttle lot.

Parking for patrons with disabilities will be located in the Gold lot next to BB&T Field. Click here for the Billy Joel Public Parking Map. Public parking is cash only. A current state issued disability placard (from ANY state), along with registration, and the person who owns the placard must be in the vehicle to enter the parking area. (Officers may validate ownership of the placard at any time.)

A limited amount of golf cart shuttles are available to assist handicap, elderly or injured patrons. Please request one from a parking lot attendant.

RV INFO – Guests with RV/Motorhomes can park in the LJVM Coliseum lots on the day of the show, Saturday, October 13. RV/Motorhome parking is cash only. Overnight parking is available at the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds and is allowed overnight from Saturday to Sunday ONLY. The following items are prohibited from entering BB&T Field and should be left at home or in your car prior to entering the stadium.

  • Alcoholic Beverages
  • Artificial Noisemakers
  • Bags (Clutch size are permitted) – Please see Clear Bag Policy above for more information.
  • Backpacks
  • Balls, Frisbees and any items deemed as such
  • Professional cameras with detachable lenses, video recorders, or any camera with a lens greater than 6″
  • Car seats
  • Containers of any kind
  • Drones
  • Ice chests/Coolers
  • Laptop Computers
  • Laser Pointers
  • Metal or hard plastic frame chairs or folding chairs
  • Outside food or beverage
  • No signs of any kind or any object that may block the view of another guest.
  • Shoes with wheels (wheelies)
  • Strollers (Umbrella strollers are permitted)
  • Tripods
  • Umbrellas
  • Weapons of any kind, including pocket knives or multi-tool, offensive or inappropriate clothing or any item deemed unsafe by Event staff, WFU management, WFUPD or WSPD.
  • Anything deemed hazardous or unsafe by WFUPD, WSPD, or Event Staff.
  • Selfie Sticks
  • Fireworks
  • GoPros, Tablets, Ipads or any similar device
  • Chains of any kind

Re-Entry:

There is no re-entry for this event.

Ride-Share Information:

A designated lot on Deacon Blvd. is where all ride-share riders will be dropped off and picked up before and after the event. The lot is located on Deacon Blvd where the old Red, Hot & Blue restaurant was. Flags and signs will mark the parking lot for riders to find their ride-share drivers.

All ride-share requests will direct riders to locate their drivers in this lot.No ride-share driver will be allowed to pick up around the stadium. Seat Numbering System:

As you enter the seating bowl to find your seats, please use the following notes to better help you find your seats. When looking at the stage from your seats, the seat numbering system is as follows:

General seating bowl: Seats are numbered from lowest to highest from the right to the left when looking at the stage.

Floor seats: Seats are numbered from lowest to highest from the left to the right when looking at the stage.

Security Checks:

All persons are subject to search. Cooperation with event management and security personnel will help maintain BB&T Field as a safe and secure environment for all guests. Please be advised that the Clear Bag Policy is in effect and see “Clear Bag Policy” above for more details.

Shuttle Parking:

There is additional parking at the Winston-Salem First Shuttle Lot (Corner of University Parkway and Long Road) for $10 per spot which includes a shuttle. Solicitation/Literature:

Resale of tickets, setting up promotional space and/or distributing banners, booklets business cards, circulars, commercial advertising, flyers, folders, handbills, leaflets, notices, pamphlets, posters, stickers or any other written, printers and/or painted materials in or around BB&T Field without the permission of Wake Forest University is prohibited.

Smoking:

Smoking is prohibited inside the seating bowl, on the field, on Deacon Hill and inside McCreary Tower. Smoking is only permitted on the concourse and outside the stadium.

Suggested Gate Entrances:

All tickets may enter any gate at BB&T Field. Below is a list of suggested gate entrances based on ticket locations and sections number for ease of access.

Gate 1: Sections 2-10, Field Level Tickets, Deacon Hill Tickets, Tower and Suite Tickets

Gate 2: Sections 2-10, Field Level Tickets

Gate 3: Sections 11-19, Field Level Tickets

Gate 4: Sections 11-19, Field Level Tickets

Gate 5: Sections 11-19, Field Level Tickets and Deacon Hill Tickets

Ticket Resales:

To ensure the best customer service and authentic tickets, all sales are encouraged to be made from Ticketmaster.com, Bridger Field House Box Office or Greensboro Coliseum Complex Box Office while inventory remains. Purchasing or selling through a third party is at the discretion of the patron. The LJVM Coliseum, Greensboro Coliseum Complex and Wake Forest University are not responsible for any fraudulent tickets sold or purchased on third party sites. Ticketmaster.com is the official and only verified ticket website for this event.

Weather Policy:

This event is rain or shine. Should inclement or severe weather occur, all information will be posted on this page, as well as communicated through our social media @LiveNationNCSC & @LJVMColiseum on Twitter & Facebook.

Will Call Pick Up/Drop Off:

There will be additional box office locations available for guests to use on the day of the show. McCreary Tower Box Office located outside Gate 1 of BB&T Field and The Couch Ballpark Box Office located behind Gate 5 at the baseball field will open on the day of the event at 10:00 a.m.

All locations will be available for sales and general public will call. Will Call will also be available at Gate 3 at 5:00 p.m. Guests who ordered tickets through TicketMaster and selected “Will Call” will need the credit card they used to make the purchase and their photo ID to have their tickets printed. They may use any of the above the box office locations.

Please note the Bridger Field House Box Office will not be in use the day of the event.
