A/V Information – LJVM Coliseum Meeting Room

Tier I

Tier I is defined as anything that can be accomplished from the existing mic jack/jacks located in the meeting rooms and these functions can be accomplished by the user. Tier I may include pre-event support from Wake Forest Athletics Multimedia at no additional cost (available upon request). Note: For additional peace of mind, Wake Forest Athletics multimedia personnel can staff the event for $75/hr.

Tier I functions include:

  • Use of wired podium microphone
  • Audio feed from the arena

Tier I Meeting spaces include:

  • Winston Room
  • Salem Room
  • Deacon Room

Tier II

Tier II is defined as anything that requires additional event support and/or equipment not mentioned in Tier I (i.e. projecting/displaying a PC, laptop, or other devices, use of wireless microphones, etc.). Tier II audio/visual needs must be provided by an outside vendor, contracted by the user, at the user’s expense.
