ASM Global oversees Private Events rentals for LJVM Coliseum, Truist Field and David F. Couch Ballpark. The facilities are located just two miles north of downtown Winston-Salem and one mile south of Wake Forest’s campus, and have ample parking and hotels in close proximity. LJVM Coliseum

Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum has served as the home for Wake Forest Basketball for over 25 years. The LJVM Coliseum also serves as an asset to the entire Winston-Salem community, hosting a variety of events from concerts and performances to conventions, graduations, and meetings. The facility’s flexible design offers a variety of seating and stage options to efficiently accommodate many types of performances. In addition to the main arena, the LJVM Coliseum also features spaces that can be booked for meetings or other special events. From banquets, conferences, meetings, proms, wedding receptions, family or class reunions, and much more, the meeting rooms at the LJVM Coliseum are flexible enough to accommodate a variety of uses. The Winston, Salem and Deacon rooms can be configured to your specifications.

Bridger Field House at Truist Field

Located beyond the north endzone of Truist Field, Bridger Field House serves a number of different purposes for the Wake Forest Athletic Department. Bridger Field House is available for booking year-round, and is a popular venue for a variety of events, including banquets, meetings, wedding receptions, family or class reunions, and much more.

McCreary Tower at Truist Field

Situated at Truist Field, McCreary Tower stands as the centerpiece of Wake Forest’s Football stadium and serves a number of different purposes for the Wake Forest Athletic Department. McCreary Tower is available for booking year-round and is a popular venue for a variety of events, including banquets, meetings, wedding receptions, family or class reunions, and much more.

David F. Couch Baseball Park

David F. Couch Ballpark is home to the Demon Deacon baseball team. Formerly known as Ernie Shore Field, the park was home to Winston-Salem’s Carolina League minor league team for more than 40 years. Wake Forest took control of the facility after the team, now known as the Winston-Salem Dash, moved in to a new downtown ballpark.  Located in the shadow of BB&T Field and adjacent to the Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum, Gene Hooks Field at David F. Couch Ballpark has undergone extensive and continuous renovations since the Deacons moved in. The 41,000-square foot facility includes multiple spaces available for private events including the Wake Forest baseball heritage lobby, the All-American Club, the stadium concourse.
